By placing an order here at www.quintessential.com.sg, you are making a purchase of a Product and are subjected to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subjected to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees made as to delivery times are subjected to delays resulting from postal/courier services for which QUINTESSENTIAL will not be responsible. For parcels that have been returned to us by Singpost due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, please give an allowance of up to three weeks for the parcel to be redelivered to you. Redelivery costs are to be borne by you.

In order to contract with QUINTESSENTIAL, you must be 18 years and above and with possession of a valid credit/debit card issued by a bank deemed acceptable by us.
QUINTESSENTIAL retains the right to refute any request made by you and we too reserve the right to close your account at our discretion. When placing an order, you undertake that all details provided are accurate and up to date, that you are the authorised user of the credit/debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order. Once your order is accepted and processed, an email notification will be sent to you.
All prices in foreign currencies are subjected to fluctuation and prices are subject to change at any time. Though you may be able to view product prices in different currencies, QUINTESSENTIAL will still process your order in our main currency, SGD.
We currently only accept payments through PayPal.
a. Our Contract
a.1. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation confirming the receipt of your order. A contract between us will only be formed after payment has been approved and debited from your credit/debit card.
a.2. You become responsible for the Product from the time we deliver the Product to the address you provided. You own the Product (the subject of your Order) once payment is received in full.
a.3. No cancellation of orders are allowed once payment has been received and email confirmation notifications are sent out.
b. Pricing and Availability
b.1. Here at QUINTESSENTIAL, we strive to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate. However, in the case of discovering an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, you will be informed as soon as possible. You will be given an option of reconfirming your order or a cancellation. If you are uncontactable, the order will automatically be cancelled. A full refund will be given to you via store credits if you choose to cancel the order.
b.2. QUINTESSENTIAL reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Therefore, we too reserves the right to refuse any orders that may be placed based on information that contains errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information with regards to pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
c. Product Description and Defects
Similarly, QUINTESSENTIAL strives to be as accurate as reasonably possible in our descriptions of products available for purchase through our Website. However, our products may still vary slightly from their pictures. The images on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may differ slightly in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration.
Minor variances in products (within 0.5 cm) are not considered a defect. If you believe you have received a defect/incorrect item, email us at sales@quintessential.com.sg with your order number, and a photograph of the defect/product. Refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy for more details.

a. Promo Codes
From time to time, QUINTESSENTIAL may offer promo codes which may apply to any, or certain specified purchases made through www.quintessential.com.sg.
Each code will be subjected to specific terms of use specified at the time the code is issued (inclusive of the duration the code is deemed valid).
QUINTESSENTIAL may send a promo code to you via email for various reason such as, without limitation, your birthday. From time to time, we may offer promo codes on our Website that you may apply at checkout.
Only one promo code can be used against any order at one time. QUINTESSENTIAL will not be responsible once a promo code have been given and we are not obliged to issue you with a replacement if it is lost/used by someone else.
A promo code cannot be used against any order that has already been placed.
You will be informed of any brand or category exclusions before your purchase is completed.
All promo codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and valid for a one- time only, unless otherwise stated.
QUINTESSENTIAL reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions at any time.
b. Store Credits
Store credit is credit that you can use towards the purchase of an item on our Website. It is a form of an electronic voucher and is valid for up to 30 days from the date of issue.
Store credits are strictly non-refundable, non-eligible for extension and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Store credits are to be redeemed in a single transaction only and no cash will be reimbursed for unused store credit.
Backorders are open for sold out items. Arrival times for backorders differ for every item and are usually stated under the individual items.
There may be delayed backorders due to unforeseen circumstances (lack of materials for example), and cancellation of orders are not allowed.
QUINTESSENTIAL will not be able to combine your in-stock item(s) and backorder item(s) to be sent out together. An email notification will be sent to you once your backorder item has been shipped out. You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must however not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.
This Website must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of this Website other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
