Our vibrant Pink Flowers Peranakan Style is part of our Classics Redesigned series that we first launched a decade ago. We used the vivid pink peonies against vibrant turquoise found in Nyonya Ware to celebrate our foray into heritage beading. And not ironically, the Peranakan community is also known for their beadwork which graces their footwear, purses and some aspects of their clothing.

Unfortunately production of Nyonya Ware ceased after World War II, so any surviving dishes are highly prized.

Designed by Linda Hng-Stiles.

This design is fitted with a 112cm removeable heavyweight coated stainless steel chain.

Our beads are individually handsewn and undergo stringent quality checks at our workshop and by ourselves before being shipped to you. The market loved it, including our competitors who became fans – we see everything, yes, EVERYTHING. (note to readers: imitation is not the sincerest form of flattery!).
