DELIVERY
We offer complimentary registered mail shipping for all domestic orders through SingPost. This method allows you to track and trace your parcel. All orders are processed within 3 business days. An email notification with the requisite tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
• Domestic orders (Singapore): approximately 3-5 business days
• Zone 1 (Malaysia and Brunei): approximately 6-8 business days
• Zone 2 (Asia and other parts of the Pacific): approximately 8-12 business days
• Zone 3 (Middle East, Africa, Europe and America): approximately 12-14 business days

If you require faster delivery, please email bina@quintessential.com.sg and sharon@quintessential.com.sg and we will help to liaise with your preferred courier service. Courier fees will be borne by the customer.

We offer worldwide shipping to Australia, Brunei, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United States of America, United Kingdom, Vietnam. For countries not listed above, please drop us an email and we will follow-up accordingly.
Once your order has arrived in-country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
We will not be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses. If you are not in when the parcel arrives, please reschedule for a new delivery date and time with your local carrier. Any additional delivery costs to be borne by the customer. We are not liable for any taxes, duties and customs fees.
