Our fruit flap series continues with one of my favourite citrus squeezed drinks. I was never a fan when young finding it both bitter and sour and hated using that unwieldy grapefruit spoon to excavate each slic. Now older and hopefully wiser, I love it for its unique taste and the powerful support it delivers to the immune system with Vitamins A and C and lycopene. An added bonus is that grapefruit improves metabolism helping in weight management. Cheers!
