Singlish is an informal colloquial form of English found in Singapore from words taken from Malay and the many Chinese dialects spoken here. It is a very idiosyncratic patois and is a form of identity among our local multiracial population.
Teh-Si is a local beverage order made in a coffee shop, food court or hawker centre of how you would like your tea served. In this case it’s an order of black tea with evaporated milk to which sugar may be added.
