International Orders

Free Worldwide Shipping!

All international parcels will be sent from Singapore via our local trusted post office, SingPost. Orders will be sent through a trackable mode of postage and a shipping notification will be sent to you. 

Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. 

1. Payments

We accept payments through Paypal. You do not require a PayPal account to make payments. 

An email confirmation will be sent to you after payment is received. 

2. Delivery Options 

All orders are processed and mailed from our office within 3 business days.

An email notification will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

• Domestic orders (Singapore): approximately 3-5 business days 
• Zone 1 (Malaysia and Brunei): approximately 6-8 business days
• Zone 2 (Asia and other parts of the Pacific): approximately 8-12 business days
• Zone 3 (Middle East, Africa, Europe and America): approximately 12-14 business days

You can expect to receive your parcel within 6-14 business days. 

If you require faster delivery, please email sales@quintessential.com.sg. Courier fees will be borne by you. 

We will not be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses. If you are not in when the parcel arrives,  please schedule for a re-delivery with your local carrier. Any additional delivery costs to be borne by you. 

We are not liable for any taxes, duties and customs fees.
