1. Returns & Exchanges
QUINTESSENTIAL accept returns & exchanges for unused items attached with their original tags and in original packaging for items purchased directly from quintessential.com.sg only.
You can return/exchange any defective item within 10 days after dispatch date at your cost. You will then receive store credits* (equivalent to the purchase price of the item) to be spent strictly within 30 days at www.quintessential.com.sg.
To Start a Return Request:
1. Print and fill in the Return Note.
2. Pack the item(s) and the completed Return Note in its original packaging material.
3. As we are not liable for any lost parcel sent through normal mail, you are encouraged to use a trackable mode of shipment. Return/exchange parcels are to reach us within 10 business days from dispatch date for domestic orders, or 20 business days for international orders.

To exchange the same design for another size/colour, indicate in the remarks column on our Return Note and QUINTESSENTIAL will proceed to mail the replacement item(s) out upon receipt of the returns at our cost.
Unfortunately, orders made using promotional codes and bought under the 'Sale' section are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
All returns and exchanges have to be done through the postal service only. Items purchased from any of QUINTESSENTIALs' stockists must adhere to the individual return/exchange policy of the relevant store.
In the unlikely event that a return item is deemed ineligible for return due to use or customer mishandling, we will contact you via email to discuss a solution. No store credit will be issued.
*Store credits are strictly non-refundable, non-eligible for extension and cannot be exchanged for cash. Store credits will be issued within 48 hours upon receiving the returned item(s).
2. Incorrect/Defective Items
In the case of receiving a defective item or an incorrect item, kindly email email@example.com. We will revert within 48 hours.
2.1 Defective Items
If the item you received is defective, our apologies. Please email with:
a) Your order number and
b) Reason for return along with clear pictures of said defect.
Once received, we will revert with instructions on how to proceed. In this case, cost of return, (via normal mail postage) will be borne by us via store credits.
2.2 Incorrect Items
If you have received an incorrect item, please email with:
a) Your order number,
b) Product code,
c) Size and colour/stone details of the wrong item.
Please note that the incorrect item(s) should be in their original condition; attached with its original tags and in its original packaging.
